Avinco again demonstrated its ability in 2011 to successfully sustain its growth rate with 29 transactions worldwide.

Avinco placed a large portfolio of helicopters of all ranges & mission types worldwide, 8 of which from its own stock. These sales covered Asia, South America, North America, Europe and Africa.

Among these transactions, was the successful sale and conversion of a Corporate EC155B1 for offshore operations in Brazil. Avinco has strengthened its sales team for 2012, in particular with new sales representatives in the Asia Pacific region to further develop its activity in these very dynamic markets. The most recent of these valuable additions, Michael Chin, joins as responsible for South East Asia, further to an impressive career with Eurocopter in Singapore,
Avinco has also continued to develop its second-hand Spares parts sales activity.

Additionally to an extensive Puma spares parts stock, it now offers a range of used BO105 parts, EC135 avionics and dynamic components for Gazelle, Lama, Alouette III, Ecureuil, Dauphin & Superpuma, and more stock is planned for 2012. To support the developing business, the Spares parts team will count an additional member in 2012, with the arrival of Julien Di Carlo (joining from Eurocopter Philippines) as Spares Logistics Manager.
