CAE opening new business aviation training locations in Australia, Brazil, China and Mexico in 2012

logo_caeCAE (NYSE: CAE; TSX: CAE) announced today on the eve of the European Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (EBACE) that it will begin training pilots and maintenance technicians this summer for Gulfstream G450 and G550 business aircraft operators in Asia at the Shanghai Eastern Flight Training Centre (SEFTC), located in Shanghai Pudong Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone. Shanghai is CAE’s first business aviation training location in Asia and the eighth in its global network.

Tender for Helicopter Aircrew Training System Competition Submitted

logo_raytheonRaytheon Australia today announced that it has submitted its tender for the Air 9000 Phase 7 Helicopter Aircrew Training System (HATS) competition.

The Managing Director of Raytheon Australia, Mr Michael Ward, said that the company’s team that included Bell Helicopter, Milskil, Nova Systems and Virtual Simulation Systems was pleased to present the Commonwealth with an offer to deliver and operate the HATS program as a trusted partner in rotary wing
flying training.

Boeing and World Class Aviation Academy Open International Chinook Training Facility

The RWTC is a subsidiary of the Netherlands' World Class Aviation Academy (WCAA).

CAE inaugurates Mexico training center in Toluca

logo_caeCAE today inaugurated its first aviation training center in Mexico. CAE also announced that it has signed a training service contract with Heliservicio Campeche, a leading helicopter operator serving Mexico’s offshore oil and gas industry.
